Harmony for Healing - Music Workshop @ Sherwood Community Centre
Let the music move you! Discover the joy of music, connection, and self-expression in an engaging session led by a musician. No musical experience is needed. Simply come ready to participate, explore, and have fun! Through guided musical activities such as social singing circles, rhythm exercises, and instrument playing, participants will have opportunities to: Reduce stress and anxiety Express themselves creatively Build confidence and connection Meet others through the shared experience of music No musical experience is needed. Just come as you are, join in at your own pace, and enjoy the benefits of making music together, including reduced stress and anxiety, self-expression, and social connection.
